Terms and conditions

Minimum 3-4 hours required in your home. (Travel zones 1-2-3-*4)
Minimum 2 hours at least if local. (E1 area)
No cancellation fee if notified within 24 hours of appointment time.
No contract unless client wishes to hire for long term.
The client is responsible for providing the products required for use in the home or office.
Payment must be made on the day in full with correct amount. ( I wont be carrying any change)
Ironing rates are charged at per item not hourly rate (unless housekeeping then discounted).
Maximum 12 items ironed within an hour if housekeeping ( not rushed ).
Hourly rates are charged for housekeeping.
I only do local pick up and delivery ( small fee is charged ).
Prices vary ( depending on location / distance).
Insurance is not intended to cover minor accidents or low value breakages and in the instance if this occurs damages will be paid for by the person responsible at the market value of the item unless a valid receipt is provided for proof of value.
This is not a cleaning service so I do not deep clean ( toilets, baths, ovens, cookers, kitchen cupboards etc. you will need to hire a cleaner.)
